Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy

To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of VT Cosmetics products, we have established the following Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements for our wholesale partners:

  1. Initial Order Requirement: The first wholesale order must meet a minimum purchase of [Specify Amount].

  2. Reorder Requirement: Subsequent orders must meet a minimum of $3200.

  3. Product-Specific MOQ: Some products may have individual MOQ requirements, which will be communicated in our wholesale catalog.

  4. Custom Orders: Special or custom orders may have different MOQ requirements based on availability and production capacity.

  5. Non-Compliance: Orders that do not meet the MOQ may not be processed or may be subject to additional handling fees.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect our brand value and ensure fair competition among our retail partners, VT Cosmetics enforces a strict MAP policy:

  1. MAP Pricing: All VT Cosmetics products must not be advertised below the Minimum Advertised Price set by VT Cosmetics. The current MAP pricing list will be provided to all wholesale partners.

  2. Sales & Discounts: Any promotions, discounts, or price reductions must be pre-approved by VT Cosmetics.

  3. Online & Offline Compliance: This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, websites, social media, email campaigns, and print advertisements.

  4. Monitoring & Enforcement: VT Cosmetics actively monitors compliance. Retailers found violating MAP policies will receive:

    • First Violation: A warning and request for immediate price correction.

    • Second Violation: Temporary suspension of wholesale privileges.

    • Repeated Violations: Termination of the wholesale agreement.

  5. Exemptions: Certain seasonal promotions or brand-approved marketing campaigns may be exempt from MAP restrictions.
